DCDLA Board Meeting Agenda Request Form

DCDLA board meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month (except December) in the Court Manager’s Office on the 2nd floor at 12pm.

  • Judges are welcome to make announcements/comments, and join the board for lunch between 11:45am-12:15pm

  • The meeting will be closed to non-DCDLA members at 12:15pm.


Please submit this form to the DCDLA Secretary 10 business days prior to the DCDLA Board Meeting for which you are requesting to be placed on the agenda.

The DCDLA Secretary will get in touch with you in regard to your request to let you know when/if you will be placed on the agenda. Note:

  • The agenda itinerary will be based on agenda item availability and urgency of the issue.
  • Each speaker will be given 5 minutes to present his/her approved agenda item to the board.
  • Agenda items brought forth without timely submission of this form will not be addressed at the board meeting except in case(s) of emergency but may be put forth for consideration at the next month’s board meeting.
