By purchasing a membership, you hereby authorize the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association to:
- Automatically renew your membership annually
- Charge the application membership dues to the credit, debit, or bank card that you have placed on file with the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association on your membership renewal date.
Automatic renewal will remain in effect until withdrawn by you or terminated by the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Your withdrawal must be received by the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association at least 30 days before your renewal date to be effective with respect to the next billing cycle. Automatic renewal will terminate if you loose your eligibility for membership into the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association for any reason.
To join DCDLA you must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas engaged in the defense of criminal cases (except law students or affiliate applicants). New applicants must be endorsed by a current DCDLA member. Members of the judiciary (except honorary members) and those regularly employed in a prosecutorial office are not eligible.
