Membership Certification & Agreement
By submitting this application, I hereby certify and agree to the following:

Eligibility: I am not a full-time judicial officer, nor am I a full-time or part-time prosecutor.

Governance: I agree to adhere to and be governed by the Bylaws of the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (DCDLA).

List-Serve Indemnity: In consideration for participating in the DCDLA list-serve, I waive all claims against DCDLA. I agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and reimburse DCDLA for any costs or expenses—including legal fees and court costs—arising from any dispute related to my use of the list-serve in any jurisdiction.
Membership Dues & Auto-Renewal Policy
To ensure uninterrupted access to member benefits, DCDLA utilizes an Auto-Renewal system for all membership dues.
Authorization & Terms
As the authorized account holder for the designated debit or credit card, I authorize DCDLA to automatically draft my account for membership dues on the scheduled payment date.

Automatic Enrollment: My membership will automatically renew annually using the payment method on file.

Cancellation Policy: This authorization remains in effect until I provide written notice of cancellation. To avoid the next scheduled draft, notice must be received at least 10 business days prior to the renewal date.

How to Opt-Out: I may opt-out of auto-renewal at any time by:
